The Fireworks here at the 2007 QuickChek Festival of Balloon were so very wonderful. Yours truly found a very dark spot in the shadows away from everything and everyone so's to get the best vantage point. There I was in the very darkness with my tripod and camera waiting....just waiting.
Have you noticed how that topmost fireworks resembles a snowflake?

The Pyrotechnics this evening wowed everyone including yours truly.
Just as wonderful are the booms you feel deep in your chest but then again, not everyone's a fan of those loud sounds.

I'm sure this was intentional. Just as they were shooting the green explosion here the bottom flares were going off continuously. It was a great display all around.
